Torgon, located at the heart of the Portes du Soleil, attracts visitors in all seasons: skiing and winter sports from December to April, hiking and mountain biking from June to September. We optimize your rates by season to maximize occupancy.

Am I committed to a specific term?

No, our contract is indefinite and can be terminated at any time, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations. Already confirmed reservations must be honored.

Who handles the cleaning?

We work with local cleaning professionals. Every stay ends with complete cleaning with quality control, including house linen washing.

How are emergencies handled?

We are based in Torgon and can respond quickly. Guests have an assistance hotline number for any questions or emergencies during their stay.

What platforms do you use?

We publish your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms as appropriate. We manage calendar synchronization to prevent double bookings.

Do I need to declare my rental income?

Yes, rental income must be declared for tax purposes in Switzerland. We provide you with a detailed annual summary to facilitate your declaration. We recommend consulting a tax professional for specific tax questions.

Must my property be furnished?

Yes, the property must be furnished, clean, insured and compliant with safety standards. We can advise you on optimal layout to maximize your property's appeal.
